Your picnic, your pocket.

Blanket Day is a collection of browser games. You can play without an account. Game coins have no cash value, cannot be bought for money and cannot be cashed out.

Guest saves

Your browser stores puzzle progress, coins, collected friends and settings. Clearing browser data removes those local saves. A downloaded game-save file is your own backup.

Optional accounts

An account stores your nickname, passkey public credentials, a hash of your recovery key, session records and game saves in Cloudflare D1. We do not ask for your email, real name, date of birth or phone number. Your device handles its own fingerprint or PIN; those never reach us. Keep the recovery card private, as anyone with that key can open the account.

Cloud saves are free within service limits. Accounts are not given an inactivity expiry by this app. Sign-in sessions expire after thirty days; signing in again restores the account. A provider outage, policy change or exceeded quota can still interrupt access. Keep a downloaded backup.

Game statistics, only if you choose

Optional PostHog statistics count page visits, game starts, completions and shop unlocks. We use a random identifier for opted-in play. Nicknames, passkeys, recovery keys and saved boards are excluded. There is no session recording, autocapture or advertising tracking. Browser Do Not Track is respected. You can change your choice below.

Hosting and protection

Cloudflare serves the site and processes network requests. Temporary rate limits use hashed network identifiers to reduce abuse. PostHog receives only the allowed game events after consent. Their services operate under their own privacy policies.

Your saved copies

The account page lets you download a game-save file and sign out. Shared devices return to their separate guest save when you sign out. A cloud conflict never silently replaces an unfinished blanket.

Delete your account and cloud data

In Blanket Day on web or Android, open Your picnic pocket, sign in with your passkey or private recovery key, then choose Permanently delete account. This removes your nickname, credentials, recovery access, sessions, cloud progress and coin purchases. There is no account-data retention period in the application. Separate guest saves and downloaded backups remain until you remove them. Previously opted-in analytics are not linked to your account and are not removed by account deletion.
